r1.1 - Quick update - window resolution fix.

Hey!

While testing the game on another computer with a different screen resolution, i noticed that there was a subtle blur when initializing the window size... 

This update only change the window resolution to be at a constant 1280x720 size OR 1920x1080 if you enable big window mode (this setting only show up if you have a screen that is large enough to support 1920x1080 resolution)

I know this update isn't very big, but since I found this bug and haven't got new ideas for the game / the game did not have any bugs issues (appart from the misspelled words, im french please don't hurt me ;-;), i had to make a quick fix update just to clear this problem out of the way.

I DID NOT TEST THE BIG SCREEN MODE WITH 4K RESOLUTION OR HIGHER. If you encounter issue with this mode or anything else, please let me know in the comment section (thanks :3)!
